Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We offer free shipping on all orders. Delivery time is typically 8–13 business days from the date your order ships, depending on your location.

Please note: due to the nature of our fulfillment process, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, local courier services, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally extend this window.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's progress.

Shipment to P.O. boxes
Some carriers used for delivery may be unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout when possible.

International shipping
Currently, we ship within the United States. If we begin offering international shipping in the future, additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
